Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of senior drivers and drivers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Execute manpower plans in collaboration with the Senior Operations Officer to meet operational demands.
• Accumulate proven experience in operations management, particularly in the
  manpower services industry or food delivery sector.
• Monitor the performance of senior drivers and drivers in terms of punctuality,
  professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance overall
  operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to driver management and operations.
• Address any business need that arises to support the company’s goals and objectives
